Maj. Gen. Maikano intensifies diplomatic efforts to Garner support for African military sports fiester in Abuja

The President of the African Military Sports Organization (OSMA), Nigeria’s Major General Abdullahi Maikano, has embarked on an intensified diplomatic tour across sister African countries to rally support for the forthcoming African Military Sports Fiesta, scheduled to be held in Abuja this November. His campaign has already taken him to Ghana, where he has requested Accra to host the next OSMA Board of Directors meeting.

Major General Maikano’s diplomatic efforts will extend to South Sudan, Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Gabon, Benin, Togo, and other countries. His mission is to ensure widespread participation and support for the games, highlighting the importance of military sports in fostering unity and cooperation across the continent.
