Navy disowns third-party agent for sale of properties, warns against fraudsters

The Navy Holdings Limited (NHL), has disowned a third-party agent for sale of its properties at Lake View Estate, Navy Town Asokoro, Abuja.

This is contained in a statement by the Public Relations Officer of NHL, Commander Abdulsalam Sani, on Thursday in Abuja.

Sani said the NHL had not engaged the services of any third party as an agent to facilitate sales of its land or property.

He said the NHL being the sole owner of Navy lands, deals directly with its subscribers, advising potential subscribers not to deal with any individual fronting as an agent.

According to him, some unscrupulous elements trying to swindle unsuspecting Nigerians, have been trending a video on online platforms advertising Nigerian Navy properties at Lake View Estate, Navy Town Asokoro.

“While NHL works to unravel the faces of those behind this attempted fraud, the NHL wishes to state that anyone who intends to subscribe to any of its lands/property can visit its office on Aso Clinic Road, Asokoro, adjacent to Army War College Nigeria,” he said
